See Beyond What the Eye Can See
Advanced Thermal Imaging Included With Every Full Home Inspection
At Trapco Inspections, we use advanced infrared thermal imaging technology during every full home inspection at no additional charge. Our infrared camera helps us identify temperature differences that may indicate problems not readily visible during a traditional visual inspection.
Thermal imaging can help identify:
Potential Moisture Intrusion: Temperature patterns that
may indicate hidden moisture or water intrusion.
Insulation Deficiencies: Missing or inadequate insulation
in walls and ceilings.
HVAC Concerns: Temperature differences that may
indicate air leakage or uneven heating and cooling.
Electrical Concerns: Abnormal heat patterns associated
with certain electrical components.
Air Leakage: Temperature differences around windows,
doors, and other building openings.
Why Thermal Imaging Matters
Some problems aren't immediately visible. Infrared technology provides another valuable tool to help our inspectors identify areas that may require further investigation.
While thermal imaging cannot see through walls or detect every hidden defect, it can reveal temperature patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed.

At Trapco Inspections,
we believe Thermal Imaging
should be part of a
thorough home inspection
—not an expensive add-on.
