Mike is a person who demonstrates pure professionalism in every aspect you can foresee regarding home inspections. He arrived promptly and created a comfortable environment for me to learn everything he was going to cover. He allowed me to follow him around and then explained all the good things and also noted items that needed repair and why. He started his inspection by using a drone to inspect the roof and spent a good amount of time reviewing every nook and cranny of the roof. He spent approximately 4 hours at the house and inspected everything possible. Mike is a real detail person and I believe he did not miss a thing. He also on the same day as the inspection submitted a very comprehensive report that not only pointed out deficiencies but also highlighted areas that helped with lowering my homeowners insurance rate. Overall, Mike brought to my attention items that when repaired, will make my family safer in our new home and saved me the cost of repairs that would have eventually become evident.
